Wendy: Thank you for sharing your recipe ideas! We always tell our customers when we are at shows to start out lightly with all of our seasoning blends.. It's fun to experiment.

I love the Gobs of Garlic. I have used it to make meatloaf and my own spaghetti sauce. At first I used 4 TBSP of the Gobs of Garlic which was a little to much. I experimented and 2 TBSP was plenty. For my sauce I use 2 to 3 TBSP, it seems to be just enough.

I absolutely love your Gobs of Garlic and also WOW! I use them in so many dishes that I make. I just made some Spanish Rice and added the WOW! and am looking forward to a delicious dinner tonight. Keep up the good work. I may not make it to the Rhinebeck Wool show so will continue to order my supply of spices over the internet. Thanks again for such wonderful products.

I'm not that much of a cook. In fact, most nights it's 90 second rice with a can of vegetables. I bought some Wow! and dinner from a bag and a can changed. I actually want to cook things now. I'm anxious to see how I can make things taste by adding Wow! to different dishes and side dishes. I actually make chicken and beef now!
